My name is Lorena Maia and I live in Sydney, Australia. I have a husband, a daughter and a little puppy named Rocky.
I love fitness and clean, healthy eating. I have started this website to help others achieve their fitness goals.

- Sara Osman, who is a Certified Nutritionist, Physiotherapist and Medical Writer
- My husband Greg, who helps with some technical things (which I’m not very good at)

About Sara Osman, our Nutritionist
Sara Osman is a Certified Nutritionist who graduated from the Cairo University and continued her studies at Stanford University.
I have invited Sara to join my team here at “Get Leaner Today” because I believe that whenever I talk about nutrition and health advice, it’s important to make sure that I present correct information.
I want my readers to stay healthy, and to reach their fitness goals.
So Sara’s job here is to make sure that all nutrition and health information on this website is correct, and complies with dietary guidelines.
So you can be sure that you’re reading up-to-date information, Fact-Checked by a Nutritionist.
About Me and Greg
That’s Greg and me. I’m on the left 🙂
I’ve exercised my whole life… However I’m no stranger to (occasional) problems with weight.
I LOVE food, and sometimes it’s easy to over-undulge 🙂 That’s why I usually try to do regular exercise and quite often I’ve gone and tried various diets.
Currently I do Pilates as my main fitness program. I love Pilates, it’s an excellent way to get stronger without placing a massive strain on my joints.
At home, we pretty regularly go on diets such as OMAD Keto (which I LOVE, by the way!).
Greg and I have been married for 12 years. He runs a few other websites and a YouTube channel in different niches, so he got me onto an idea of starting this site.
Fast-forward a couple of years, and here we are – this little site is no longer so little, and it’s now getting thousands of pageviews every single day!
