- 1 cucumber
- 2 cups lettuce (not Iceberg)
- ½ cup mango
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 cup pure water
- Blend the ingredients until well-mixed. Serve.
Vegetable Pasta Salad
- 1 cucumber
